I'm not trying to sue, we just need assistive devices. I was nice to it but it's ridiculous. Please help if you can.

I live in a building that includes a communal laundry room. For the past few months, all but one of the washers and two dryers have been in an unusable state. A washing machine does not spin the water. One dryer is broken where the lint trap goes and it literally shreds the clothes, the other dryer doesn't turn on when you take money out or doesn't do the clothes at all. We all asked for maintenance and nothing was done. Is there anything to get them to come and fix or replace them? If I push the issue, can they retaliate against me or any of the other tenants? We all lost a lot of money there. I'm not trying to sue, we just need assistive devices. I was nice to it but it's ridiculous. Please help if you can. Thank you.
