I really want assistance so my child is 11 and his sperm contributor (organic dad) who never seen him in 9 yrs passed on from an excess September will be 3 yrs well his mom prosecuted me for grandparent appearance which would have been the natural dad privileges on the off chance that he was alive yet he didnt have any when he was alive no paper with the natural dad name on it. Well the courts supported the appearance based off the law of an od guardians family has 50 50 rights. Mind you my child doesn't have the foggiest idea about these ppl the courts know this yet they are attempting to compel me to make my kid who has alot of Mental medical issue go with outsiders and the previous evening I got presented with paper for disdain from Oct 2021 till January 2022 what do I do my child is frightened of them bc he doesn't have any acquaintance with them. Iv called lawful guide and channel 6 and 10 news no one has circled back to me. My mother heart is broken and presently I could get court expense and prison time in the event that the appointed authority demonstrated me in scorn bc my child down right won't go with them.. he will meet with them on the off chance that I'm with him however they don't need me at there visit... How CAN I Treat SCARED FOR MY SON...who can help me.. a gatekeeper advertisement light em for him is 2000$ only for the recording expense.. I can't manage the cost of that..
