I really want exhortation. I as of late moved into an apartment building. I'm just going to be hanging around for a year as I simply migrated because of school. So my issue is the neighbor above me is intellectually and loudly mishandling her chocolate lab little dog. I can hear her quite obvious hollering, shouting, and compromising that helpless little doggy. Recently I heard her share with that canine "I will mess you up". I haven't heard her really hit the canine yet however I feel like it's inevitable. She appears to have outrage issues. More often than not you can't hear her canine do I'm almost certain she keeps the little dog confined up day in and day out. Any information or prompt would be incredibly valuable.
