My multi month old goes to his profile fathers each and every other week. They have 4 canines around there that are bug plagued. One has balding from it

My multi month old goes to his profile fathers each and every other week. They have 4 canines around there that are bug plagued. One has balding from it. I've never seen any chomps on my child so I simply let it be. Yet, he has had a genuine awful imprudent all over practically like hives for around 3 weeks and this evening he returned home with insects in his hair and the rash is most awful. I sent a video of the bugs in his hair to his father however no reaction. What can really be done? I feel the rash is sensitivity related from the bugs.
