Need some advice. I’m currently in the process of a child custody case.(California) My ex who alienates me hasn’t let me see our daughter in 89 days. She tired getting restraining order but it was denied because we had dinner after she went and filed and she admitted in court to antagonizing me. We will appear in front of the same judge for custody. I want joint bout I would like my daughter to live with me. What helpes me ? I can prove everything my ex has done including not allowing me to play a role financially and maliciously keeping my daughter away from me with no justification.
