I need legal advice please the good days are getting worse I was kicked out of my wife's house in December. I'm staying at a hotel my sister has been paying for since January and has been with a friend until the end of December. Well I just got an email from my credit union saying I'm $215 overdrawn and if I don't pay they will take legal action. Well my account has been locked since I got kicked out. They do not email the data so they have no idea what is being charged. There shouldn't be anything charged. If I didn't have enough in the account to complete a transaction, it would have bounced and I couldn't try again. This is why I prefer to have a credit union rather than a bank because banks run dry on credit union fees they don't. Now tired of any bank. What do I do? Oh, since I got fired, my cell phone number has changed because no money was ever spent on that Obama phone. This is why email is the best method. Another thing is that I can't go back to my parents for 3 years. My mail is still going there because there is no address yet. If the credit union sends me data there and doesn't send it to me or tell my sister is that a crime? Can I at least sue them for the money I've lost since I got fired? I know this is a lot but this is what I deal with every single day. Thanks
